Main content of this version is based on(and uses the general
format of) Canadian Pacific Steam Locomotives authored by Omer Lavallee.
The May 1940 Railroad Magazine was the original basis for engines
numbered lower that 11(absent from Lavallee); information for CLC(Kingston)-built
engines beyond that found in Lavallee is from Constructed in Kingston(McQueen
&Thomson). L'Epopee du Quebec Central(Carette) provided the
order of delivery for L&K and SET&K engines. Also referred to was
Bulletin 83, July 1951, of the R&LHS.
Entry items in italics indicate absence of hard
evidence, but assumed reliable. -- Date format is YY.MM.DD. -- There are
no record of engines numbered 6-8.
