       this Lacroix believed to have been engaged in Maine logging operations; thus may have been Edouard('King') Lacroix of Lac Frontiere, owner of the Madawaska Company., before he became active in a railway building venture in Maine between 1926 and 1930. In any case, the final disposition of the 4-4-0 is unknown.
