Camper’s Trout

1 trout (450 to 700 grams)

Butter

1 tbsp salted herbs or shallots

50 ml cream 35%

Baste trout with butter. Stuff trout with salted herbs or shallots. Pour on the cream and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap and seal trout in foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes or cook on BBQ.
