Trout in pastry
2 celery stalks
1 minced onion
1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
1 1/2 grated mozzarella cheese
1 smoked trout (or cooked)
Mayonnaise (to desired consistency)
8 Pillsbury Crescent or Phyllo pastries
In bowl, mix all ingredients. Oil muffin pans. Line with pastries. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F.
