Trout Pizza
1 pizza pastry
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
3/4 lb smoked trout (or cooked)
2 tbsp dry white wine
1/4 c. onion finely chopped
Fine herbs (coriander, chives, parsley, others to taste)
Pepper
Mozzarella cheese
Flour working surface and roll pastry to cover medium pizza cooking pan. Combine oil and garlic and baste pastry. Spread trout on pastry and baste with wine. Spread onion and mozzarella, fine herbs and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes on lower rack. Serve as snacks, appetizer or main course. |
