These are articles that I have written over the past 15 years but are unavailable online or at most university libraries. In general, my publications have had limited impact, largely because most are pre-Internet, many are in French, and some are in journals that few libraries subscribe to. Ironically, the most widely cited one (my joint article with Pierre van den Berghe) is also the one I have the most problems with.
Things may change as more pre-Internet material comes online and as interest in my later publications awakens interest in my earlier ones. Time will tell ...
